I loved that the breakfast was excellent. The food tasted delicious, well prepared, and cooked. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room did not match website images. It did not appear updated. I asked about changing rooms upon check-in, but the hotel was at maximum capacity was good.

I found the recently renovated public spaces excellent! the staff were great, super friendly! breakfast was great, such a good buffet! i walked the cleveland way. What a treat!
the lift only goes to the second floor and i was on the third, so it was a bit of a trek with my luggage.

pleasant staff delicious food beautiful hotel immaculate rooms
I found the staff fantastic. They couldn't do more for us . The food was out of this world. I don't normally leave reviews, but I really felt I should commend this beautiful hotel. It was worth it. The rooms were everything was super clean, so a big thank you to the cleaning staff as well.
I noticed some local information was missing. It would have been helpful to have details about nearby walks and the reception number in the room

the location gave me amazing views. the well-tended gardens were a delight to wander through. the bar and dining area felt very cosy, and that was lovely.
the wifi did not work . the changing rooms near the swimming pool were quite wet. the bedside light socket behind the bed was faulty, and that was inconvenient

I found the hotel staff very efficient. The car park was spacious, so parking was easy. Breakfast was tasty with good hot drinks (I was especially impressed with the coffee).

delicious food buffet breakfast clean room damp patches broken seat abrupt manager
I loved that the restaurant food was delicious. the buffet style breakfast was enjoyable. the room was clean. The bathroom seemed very new and clean, though the bedroom had a romantic vibe about it.
I spotted some damp patches and a broken toilet seat. also on check in, i found a problem with the excellent balance it was much more than stated on our email. i spoke to the hotel manager. He was totally abrupt and refused to do anything about it. Not very romantic.
