walkable area excellent breakfast gentle pool sound-proof room clothes storage room lights
i adored how walkable the area was. it made my strolls so sweet and carefree. the breakfast buffet was excellent. the infinity pool with sea water was so gentle, a romantic spot.
i found that the rooms are not sound-proof, i could hear tv sounds from neighboring rooms. there wasn't much storage for clothes, not enough for both of us, sadly. the lights came on when you enter a room, that woke my love up once.

I found the staff attentive during my conference. The quality is high across all areas. I appreciate the dedication to maintaining standards. I plan to return with my family for a vacation.
I noticed a slight issue with the elevator. At times, it seemed a bit slow.

amazing experience
modern design convenient location
i enjoyed the modern design and convenient location. the hotel offered modern facilities and tasteful decoration. i also liked the provided toiletries in the bathrooms of the hotel room.
the hotel did not reply to emails very fast. there was poor communication before my arrival. i found this inconvenient.

this hotel has direct access to a pebble beach named ambrela beach. one can reach it by walking down the path. you can access the sea using stairs near the pool area.

mixed feelings about this hotel
empty minibar ineffective air conditioning
the buffet breakfast was decent (i especially liked the fruit selection).
i was quite disappointed because the minibar was completely empty upon arrival. additionally, the air conditioning system didn't work while i was out of the room and this made it very uncomfortable when i returned later. i also paid extra for a panoramic view room, but it barely had any sea view at all, which seemed like a waste of money.

small room unfriendly staff
The room I stayed in felt smaller than expected. There was limited space to move around. The absence of a balcony was disappointing, especially since I wanted to dry my swimwear. the staff was not always friendly or cute. I noticed this particularly at the reception. I thought service should be better for the price.

This hotel felt luxurious! The room had Acqua di Parma amenities. an Illy espresso machine. Breakfast featured many options. The hotel building had electric car charging stations available.
