large selection beautiful room amazing staff
i found the breakfast AMAZING!!! it had large selections with many breads. our beautiful room offered space with a huge bathroom. the front desk organized our transfers. porters helped us with our luggage.
i noticed very slight sizing up by two staff members during check-in.

bread selections breakfast service staff sizing connection problems
The breakfast service was amazing. I enjoyed the large selections of breads. the room was clean. It was a beautiful room.
I was disappointed by the sizing up by staff during check-in. It felt awkward. there were connection problems with the tv.

the staff was amazing, especially the concierge, they helped me with my bags.
i was quite disappointed, the room included breakfast, but i was told it's just a fixed monetary amount for use in the restaurant, not the choices i wanted, it felt transactional.
