My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were very well appointed in typical Austrian style, especially ours, which was very spacious and had a well-appointed bathroom. The bed was huge and nice, providing a very comfortable sleep. However, the constant draft from the automatic glass door and the loud noise from the 'waterfall' were a bit off-putting.
The hotel had top-notch rooms, including heated tile floors in the bathroom and a massive shower. However, my room was not as spacious or with a panoramic view as advertised. The service was very friendly, although the location was somewhat icy this year. The dining experience was excellent with a great variety of fresh food, but the second evening had limited options. The facilities were modern, and the sauna area had diverse options.
