The hotel is in a peaceful area near a canal. the front desk staff were cute, even late at night. they prepared a snack of toast and cheese. the room was very clean, and the breakfast had many choices.
the bed was a little hard.

underwhelming stay, issues with room and service
broken air conditioning uncomfortable room
the hotel's garden was a very nice space.
the air conditioning in our room did not work correctly and the mini-bar fridge was not cold. this made the room uncomfortable. i hoped for better given the price.

a decent stay
comfortable bed large bed room cleanliness daily cleaning breakfast availability late breakfast low standard poor standard garden event outdoor event management issue staff trouble
the room was lovely. it had a super comfortable large bed and housekeeping cleaned it every day. the breakfast was delicious and available from 7:30am to 11:00am. this gave me all options, i could start early or sleep in.
i booked the hotel for a holiday. the hotel and its location are nice. however, the management does not meet the standard. when i came back from the city to relax in the garden, i found teenagers partying.

One staff member insisted the steamer was working, it was not. I had to insist and demonstrate that it was not working. It eventually came back sorted. This is something you can do without on holiday.
