the room was clean. i found the staff to be excellent. they were all very friendly. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to a metro station. this made exploring so easy. the hotel's decor was also visually appealing.

i found the staff quite helpful . the location was ideal with easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast service provided a personalized touch and offered fresh items. my room was promptly switched when a minor issue with the air conditioning arose.

the location was great and close to the metro (this made getting around easy).
The room was quite small, which i found a little disappointing. I barely had space for my luggage. also, the air conditioning kept turning off and on by itself, hard to sleep comfortably at times. i mentioned it to the staff, but the problem continued (it seemed like a system issue).

I enjoyed that the hotel has only five floors. It felt intimate. Staff members were always accommodating. The free breakfast was generous and delicious.
The toilet was in a separate room. This was a bit inconvenient. Rooms are quite tiny. No fridge. There was no place for luggage.
