great serviceconvenient location
i stayed in connecting rooms with my children. it was absolutly great, from the welcome to all services needed. i recommend it. the location near a famous landmark was also more then good for our travelling across the area. i really appreciated the convenient location.

the staff was very helpful. fabienne, hamsa, annaiese, and jackson were all really responsive. the breakfast was also quite delicious and i really enjoyed the waffles. it is a great location near many main attractions
the hotel rooms do feel quite small. i encountered a minor issue, the rooms are not properly soundproofed.

The location is really convenient and quiet. Plus it is very close to a metro station. it is approximately twenty minutes to walk to the eiffel tower, great, and easy to reach from the hotel.

The staff were very friendly I found. The breakfast was also good I thought. The location allowed easy access to various parts of the city.
The rooms were quite small. The soundproofing was not adequate I noticed. I could hear noise from other rooms, especially above.

Charming Stay Near the Eiffel Tower

It allowed easy access to many attractions. The modern and clean facilities throughout the hotel created a positive atmosphere. I especially appreciated the drinking water provided in glass bottles, a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly. They contributed to a pleasant experience. I was greeted with coffee that smelled wonderful after my journey. Our room was ready upon arrival, and the general manager personally escorted us. The room was super clean and wonderfully fragrant. A Nespresso machine was provided in the room, which I really enjoyed.
The toilet flushing system was quite loud. It sounded like a jet engine and could be disruptive. The piping in the walls seemed to lack proper insulation. I could hear water running in the walls, particularly at night.

The hotel was clean and in a good location near transport links. however, i found the room size very disappointing. it was difficult to move around with luggage. also, the soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway.
