helpful team spacious room heated pool

I found the team helpful and friendly. I loved the overall vibe. our beautiful room offered ample space plus a double vanity. the gym has good equipment. the heated lap pool is ideal. i cannot recommend this hotel enough! i definitely plan to return soon.

i found the staff super friendly and accommodating. the rooms matched the online photos exactly! i really liked how comfortable they were.

the bar was closed, and lounge service suffered as a result, very slighty of course.

I valued the room upgrade I received, providing more space. The bathroom facilities seemed new and were very clean. The location was on a quiet street, yet close to everything like metro lines. The indoor pool was heated and available once I booked it with guest services.
