I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, but they missed servicing the room on the first day. The service was generally helpful and nice, although my request for a room change wasn't fulfilled without any updates provided. The location was convenient for my travel plans, although a bit far from Tabuk center. The dining was good with plenty of variety but a bit pricey.
