The staff were super attentive and totally delivered five star service, which i'm so impressed by! the pool, sauna and steam room looked excellent. It was super clean and the decor was amazing. we had the pool all to ourselves both mornings, and it smelled so amazing.

the reception had offered me a glass of 'tap water' while i waited for my flight, then they charged me five euro for it which is ridiculous. but then they removed the bill after i questioned it a couple times. the reception had booked me a private driver to take us around the city, but then a regular taxi arrived and the hotel sent me away in that one.

The hotel features unique decor in its public areas, it feels very inviting. Concierge Jeff was especially helpful and kind when I needed directions to Horta House. The dining room staff prepared meals even when I was the only guest, which I found very thoughtful. Natalia assisted me kindly with printing forms I needed after I lost my passport.

The taxis experienced difficulties when trying to reach the front entrance of the hotel.
