I had an amazing stay at this hotel, from the over-the-top awesome presidential suite to the beautiful balcony room, it was the best experience I've had on this trip. The service was outstanding, from the front desk agents to the housekeeping staff. The location was perfect, close to great shopping centers and attractions. However, the dining experience, especially during breakfast, left something to be desired, with too many people around the buffet area.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice, spacious, and comfortable, although a bit noisy. The service was outstanding with accommodating staff members and thoughtful gestures like complimentary drinks. The location was lovely, offering attractive surroundings and easy access to fun activities. The dining experience was enjoyable, but there could have been more variety in the options provided.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The Bay View Suite we booked was fantastic, and we all enjoyed it. The cleanliness was top-notch, but it should have been available at the expected time. The rooms were well-decorated and clean, although they were not extraordinary.
