Reviews and Ratings
I was amazed by the spacious and very clean rooms at this hotel, which felt like the size of 4 hotel rooms with a mini kitchen, dining area, living room, king bed room, and double bed room. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond, such as personally inquiring about our friend's allergy. The location was perfect, especially for families visiting the Disney parks. However, the dining options lacked enough fresh fruits and vegetables, and the hotel seemed to overcharge for theme park tickets.
The resort is situated around a 15-20 minute ride from the Disney parks and only a 10-minute ride from Orlando's Premium Outlets. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable despite a horrible smell of marijuana. The location is very close to many restaurants, making it convenient. Compared to other hotels like Hilton and Marriott, fewer points are required for a comparable room.
The hotel had clean rooms with a king bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa, though the dusty carpet was a downside. The spacious bathroom with a big tub and the amazing pool with a cave were highlights. Lakeview offered convenient vegan meal options. Service was excellent, but a negative experience occurred with two employees. The location was incredible with a large lagoon-style pool and a beach area for activities. The dining experience was good, but lacked enough fresh vegetables and fruits.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and fully functional, equipped with great amenities like a monster big Smart TV and a nice shower. However, our room wasn't ready when we arrived in the early afternoon. The service was excellent, with inventive appetizers and a helpful staff offering a glass of bubbly during check-in. The location, while just average, provided easy access to main points of interest, though food options were overpriced. The dining experience was expensive but delightful. Overall, I found the hotel to be a good choice with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially with my family. The rooms were clean, and the food was delicious. The pool was perfect for our family of four. However, there were some issues with service during construction.
The hotel offers luxurious and very comfortable rooms, with very helpful service and a cool location with caves and waterfalls. The dining was okay, with limited options. The facilities are great for the entire family to enjoy.
The hotel's location is a gem, especially if you plan to visit Universal or Disney parks, making it a perfect pick for families. The rooms are spacious and spotless, but some minor issues like pre-existing food and dust might need attention. The service was a letdown, unwelcoming at times, which was disappointing for a destination like Orlando. The dining options were limited and overpriced, making it a bit of a downside. However, the facilities offer great convenience and value for money.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with great shower heads and gigantic TVs, but the size may feel limited with only one actual bed. The service is top-notch, with a polite and accommodating team willing to please. Its fantastic location in Disney-saturated Orlando includes stunning surroundings and convenient access to parks and entertainment.
