Superb boutique experience, what a find!
stylish hotelluxurious roomfriendly staffpoor air conditioning
The decoration in both public area and rooms were stylish. The rooms has anything someone could want. The handwritten note at check in were a really good touch. All staff were so friendly, I felt really valued.
The air conditioning were not good. The room felt stuffy, almost like reheating air. Room service was not thought through so well. The orders delivered came on separate visits.

The bar area has a relaxing space. I see everyone have pleasure to spend time in it. The menu has limited choices and a number of menu items were not available.

The hotel has many fantastic features inside. The location were convenient with a short walk to the British Museum. It also has easy transport. The hotel looks beautiful with great care.

The staff provide amazing service and is highly professional. They are very cute and helpful. The hotel has attention to detail. The team continuos to be like that, such a super team.

the location was convenient. it was a short walk to several key spots. the handwritten note upon check-in was a nice, personal touch. i thought that the new rooms were very good, also.
The air conditioning did not seem very efficient. it felt stuffy, like it was just recirculating the same air. room service needed improvement. Orders arrived separately, and there was no cutlery provided? empties ended up on the wardrobe because there was not much space. This was not ideal.
