I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very operative and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel staff provided great service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was fantastic, close to major malls and not far from the airport. The hotel is like a five-star restaurant and super well-run by Fam and her staff. Even though there was an issue with a rash, Toch and Marjolaine managed to make my stay perfect. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed, state-of-the-art facilities, and a spectacular bathroom.
Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the sea view from the back of the bed, even though there was a slight issue with finding a spider. However, the room itself was comfortable and did not have any bug bites. Thanks, Excel!
Entering the room to face directly the back of the bed was a little odd, but the spacious and inspiring design, along with the fantastic skyline view of the Burj Khalifa, made up for it. The price, however, felt a bit too high for what was offered.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The spacious room had a lovely city view, although I wish they had removed the soft drinks left in the room for three days. The service was exceptional with attentive staff who were super polite and always friendly. The location was perfect, close to major malls and not far from the airport. The dining experience was really delicious and something I would love to have again. The facilities were top-notch overall.
