Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was exactly as stated, very comfortable with a few downsides like noise from outside and smelling like smoke in a nonsmoking room. The service was outstanding despite some confusion with reservations. The location was amazing for exploring the city with minor noise concerns at night. The dining experience, while good, had some limitations in options. The facilities were well-equipped but not perfect.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfy and well-equipped, and our top-floor room was extremely quiet, providing a peaceful environment. The service was outstanding, from the front desk to the doormen, who were accommodating and helpful, especially considering my mobility issues. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Boston, with easy access to various attractions and dining options. The dining experience, while offering fresh ingredients, felt somewhat restrictive in choice. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was excellent, with easy access to many attractions, the room had some issues like lack of space and cold drafts near the windows. On the bright side, the rooms were modern and clean, and the service varied from rude to exceptionally helpful. The dining options were somewhat restrictive, but the overall value for the money was decent.
The hotel had spacious rooms available right away, which was convenient after a long morning of travel and a canceled flight. The rooms were warm but in need of some renovation work. The service was friendly, helpful, and professional, although a slight attitude adjustment could be beneficial. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Boston, within easy walking distance of museums, the aquarium, and other attractions. The dining experience had limited options for breakfast and was on the pricier side. Overall, a convenient and friendly stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had a buzzing sound the entire time we were there but the rooms were perfect for our needs. The service was superb, with the staff being very helpful and kind. The location is incredible for sightseeing with major attractions within a short walk. The dining experience was nice but could be better, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the North End, Faneuil Hall, and the TD Garden. It was perfect for walking around downtown Boston. The rooms were clean but not as luxurious as expected, yet they were comfortable and quiet. The service was helpful and friendly despite some reservations and billing issues. The dining options, especially for Honors Gold members, were limited and on the pricier side. The hotel facilities were decent, catering to basic needs.
Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready as guaranteed by the credit card from another guest room. The room looked very worn and was much smaller than the regular room; however, the service was very accommodating, surprising us with wine and cheese plates the day before and champagne and strawberries on our wedding day, although it was a bit pricey for anything you need. The location was great, with the ability to walk to the aquarium and other sites, incredible for sightseeing with Quincy Market, Boston Commons, and Boston Public Market all within a 5-15 min walk. The dining experience, despite being located in a lovely restaurant adjacent to the hotel, could be better as the staff at the bar/restaurant were friendly but not very professional.
The hotel's rooms are extremely spacious, making it a comfortable spot for a family of four for a long weekend, but they were 'tired' and in need of refurbishment, without the view I reserved. The service was outstanding from the front desk to the doormen, with super nice housekeeping staff. The location was excellent, easy to get to the T, Freedom Trail, and the Aquarium, the best part of my stay. Sadly, the dining was limited to a la carte, but the service was very good. Overall, a great location with some room for improvement in room conditions and dining options.
The hotel's location is ideal for exploring various attractions by foot, but some aspects of the rooms fall short with lack of natural light and substandard furniture. The service goes above and beyond, making up for any room deficiencies. The dining experience offers a limited selection that can be improved. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's convenient location and excellent service stand out.
