the indoor pool provided warmth at 30 degrees, that embraced me. extending the check-out time was done with such grace. the sauna's heat seeped into my bones with goodness, and the massage relieved every tension.
the air conditioning unit made a slight banging sound. it was barely audible, but bothered me at night.

the location proved advantageous, a fifteen minutes drive took me to salamis ruins. a retail park was walkable and the walled city was close by. the hotel provided a well equipped gym for workouts and an indoor swimming pool for relaxation. my family of four had a quiet, well sized room.

the reception staff members showed friendliness and provided valuable assistance when i needed directions. they gave good directions for a quick walking tour and helped with taxi arrangements, made getting around simple. Staff was very helpful.

check-in was easy, smooth and quick. the room is spacious, decorated nicely. the bed and pillows are very comfortable. i appreciated having only breakfast. there were many different choices. the staff is professional and helpful. it's important to me that the rooms and each corner of the hotel are clean.

The gym has a full range of equipment and I saw an ice shower too. The bar was convenient for waiting on taxis. The staff was always nice, and they are helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a range of choice.
I booked for more than five nights and was told I get a free massage. At checkout, I had to pay 1,200 Lira because the offer only applied to one person in a double room. This detail was not clearly stated, and felt dishonest.

The breakfast featured ample variety. Staff members demonstrated really good helpfulness. My room included Netflix and coffee facilities. The sauna provided a welcome relaxation option after a busy day. I found good value for money. The bed was comfy.

I was not impressed. The air conditioning made a strange noise all night, even after a technician looked at it. He did not fix the issue and seemed rude about it. I expected better service.
