The service was really good. Sara from guest relations was very attentive! a real asset. she was always there to help
the level of english among some staff was not great. communication was difficult at times though

I stayed for a few nights. the grand sapphire, it seems, misses the mark. the room's electricity went out a few times. imagine, in the middle of my movie, the power flickers off. the main restaurant is too small. If i get up, my plate is gone. people grab my table. it was annoying. the minibar? refilled only when i napped. if i am out all day, it was empty. that make no sense at all.
