I adored the swim-up room! It provided direct access to a private pool right from the balcony. The outdoor swimming pool area and the beach were fantastic, too. Breakfast offered many Israeli options. The Japanese restaurant dinner was amazing. I liked all the food.
The soundproofing was really bad. I clearly heard conversations from the room next door. A drawer unit was not fixed to the wall. It tipped forward. This created an unsafe condition, especially for children. The bunk bed ladder fell onto the lower bed.

i love that this hotel is near the beach. it makes it easy to take morning walks. the breakfast has so much choice, and the pool area is clean. also, there are enough sunbeds for everyone.
the hotel hallways are noisy, and this is an issue. some umbrellas are broken. the dinner buffet lacks creativity, i can confirm.

Really good Relaxation and Service
warm presence intuitive touch fresh flowers
Katerina provided a massage that was professional and relaxing. She has a warm presence, and her intuitive touch. She adapted pressure perfectly and I felt refreshed after the session.. I also appreciated the complimentary champagne and cake arranged by the front office to celebrate a birthday. Fresh flowers in the room were a beautiful touch.
Our room was not cleaned one day and we lacked toilet paper and fresh towels. I had to notify reception at 9 p.m. I think the service should have been more proactive to ensure we had necessary amenities.

admirable experience
warm welcome tasty options excellent cocktails
This hotel is recently renovated and beautifully decorated. It made a distinct impression on me. giota and the reception staff extended a warm welcome. They were always helpful and accommodating. the breakfast selection offered fresh and very tasty options, a real highlight of my stay. ram at the pool bar deserves special mention for his excellent cocktails.

The hotel offers a clean beach area equipped with ample chairs. I saw staff members regularly tidying the area. the swimming pools are well maintained, i also observed several activities organized around the pool, they seem designed to entertain guests.

I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options. The hotel provided a beautiful, private beach for its guests. Cleanliness was evident throughout the premises (it was super clean!).
The hotel valet service was not available upon arrival. I had to park the car myself. The check-in procedure felt disorganized due to multiple requests for personal information. Noise from the corridor was noticeable, especially at night.

wonderful hotel, great stay
comfy rooms great facilities free umbrellas
the rooms were super comfy. the facilities were great. the beach was right on-site. it was awesome to have free umbrellas and sunbeds available. this made lounging around so easy.
i found the hotel a bit noisy at night. the doors and locks seemed outdated. they made a lot of noise when closing. it disturbed sleep a little.
