A Decent Hotel Stay
spacious room organized tour poor cleaning stained floor
The room was spacious. I also appreciated that the hotel organized a tour with hot air balloons.
The cleaning could be better, especially in the bathroom. I noticed stains on the floor, and the outside of the toilet was not cleaned properly.

excellent stay in central location!
friendly staff comfortable room fresh breakfast
The staff assisted us with day planning with great patience. Weather caused cancellation of our balloon ride. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well kept . Breakfast offered fresh options daily and it was wonderfully prepared.
I felt the room air was somewhat stuffy. Even with the air conditioning running. it wasn't as cool as i prefer it.

The hotel is centrally located, yet it is situated in a peaceful area. It is near shops and restaurants, so you are close to everything without the noise. Overall a GOOD spot to be in.

The hotel features a nice pool, great. The terrace provides great views, particularly when watching the hot air balloons. I loved the view. BUT the pool was amazing!

The rooms offer a good size and comfort. The bathroom includes a great shower. They even showed us the suite. It was quite spacious, a VERY nice option for bigger groups.

Breakfast service takes place on the terrace, so you get wonderful views. There was fresh food daily, a plus. I found the breakfast quite delicious .

convenient location friendly staff great variety high charges lacking service inflated price
The hotel's location was very convenient. I could walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, and they allowed an early check-in (this was very helpful). The breakfast had a great variety of options.
The manager charged us €100 for a taxi. This taxi returned our luggage to the airport after a mistake. I felt customer service was lacking after this error. The market price for hot air balloon rides was much lower than offered by the hotel.
