The hotel offers very spacious and nicely decorated rooms that are clean, big, and have everything we needed. The service was outstanding, arranging tours and laundry and being incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, very easy to find, close to restaurants, and within walking distance of attractions. The dining experience was good, with delicious food served on a top terrace, though a more diverse menu would be appreciated. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting our needs during the stay.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms had beautiful views of balloons, and you could also enjoy them from the rooftop restaurant, even though it wasn't at its best due to the winter weather. The room was clean, spacious, and a little too warm but overall comfortable with a well-equipped bathroom. It was very spacious and comfortable, offering a lovely view of the pool.
