beautiful lobbyunreliable wi-fiinadequate cleaning
the lobby had a beautiful look.
The free wi-fi service did not work at all. I had to use my own data all the time. plus, the cleaning service wasn't great. The bathtub wasn't cleaned every day, and the carpet was not vacuumed daily. i expected more from a five-star place!

The room included reliable internet access and powerful air conditioning. I found a spacious balcony connected to the room. Late check-out was granted, which I appreciated. The staff showed friendliness .
