Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a bustling area close to Citi Mall, shops, and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms lack cleanliness, with outdated bathrooms and low water pressure. The breakfast and coffee shop onsite are below par, and the poolside rooms need improvement, while informing the reception about room temperature control was ineffective.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, although the WiFi was slow at times and there was dust everywhere. It was missing a kettle, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff offered a mix of friendly and unprofessional service, but overall, they were nice and professional. The location was good, close to necessary services, but there was noise from the nearby busy road. The dining experience had some limitations but was budget-friendly.
