I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were wonderful, and I found myself spending most of my time there due to their comfort. However, there were some issues with odor, which was not pleasant. The staff provided extra attention on that day, which was appreciated, but there was an incident where one employee raised her voice at my wife during a simple inquiry. Despite these ups and downs, the location was excellent for accessing Puerto Vallarta easily and enjoying a nice view overlooking the ocean. The buffet restaurant had a good variety of options, but limited availability at times.

The hotel offers fantastic ocean views from the balconies but lacks a working air conditioner in some rooms. The dated decor and occasional noise might bother light sleepers, but the prime location between La Sierra Madre and the beach provides a serene getaway.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a breathtaking ocean view from my room on the 6th floor. The service was exceptional, with staff like Izzy at the front desk going above and beyond to assist and provide delicious specialties. The location was perfect, surrounded by the stunning La Sierra Madre on one side and the beachfront on the other. The dining options offered a variety of dishes to enjoy, though the timing was a bit restricted. Overall, a great value for money experience.
