Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a convenient full kitchenette, but not having nearby markets to buy food limited its use. The service from Andres, German, and Iris at the front desk was mostly polite and efficient, although there was an issue with pushy behavior regarding tipping. The location was excellent, set in the hills of Concha Chinas, with lots of amenities nearby to explore. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the generous breakfast selection next to the oddly quiet pool in the afternoon.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was incredibly spacious with a beautiful kitchen that I didn't use much, but the bathrooms were lovely with marble tiles and tasteful artwork. However, the dining experience left something to be desired as the food was not up to par and quite expensive. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff attending to our needs. The location was visually stunning and unique, although not central and requiring taxis to get around. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's location by the ocean allowed for breathtaking views of the sunset. The facilities were remarkable, offering various services to make the stay comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic with spacious and well-appointed rooms featuring a wonderful balcony view of the ocean. The outside jacuzzi was a nice touch, and the kitchen was very usable. However, the constant requests about the room number were a bit off-putting, but overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers a mix of spacious and nice rooms with incredible views but with lingering smoke and sewage odors. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, but the dining options have limited offerings. The location provides stunning views but may require a venture to enjoy nearby dining options.
The hotel is perched high upon a hill, offering stunning views at night, but the rooms are old and smell like cigarette smoke. The service, however, arranged a ride to/from the airport after a few days by a caring staff that includes Captain Able, Victor, Irving, and Gabriel. The location is in a beautiful area with wonderful views of the ocean but had added charges to the bill. The dining experience was praised for their cocktails based on Tequila and Mezcal, although some comments were made about the breakfast options. The facilities are well-maintained, providing a decent stay overall.
The hotel offers very clean and large rooms with a full kitchenette, making it a remarkable stay. However, the lower floors in the older building lack spectacular views, and there are no nearby markets to buy food, so we didn't use the kitchen much.
