the front desk staff was helpful . haytham, rupam, nimesh, gihan, sanjaya, and anton provided excellent service, and i appreciated their assistance. i found the location convenient for accessing the city center, with landmarks nearby. the room had good storage space, useful.
i noticed the rooms are a bit old, and the cleanliness could improve slightly.

the breakfast offered many vegetarian options, and eggs were available to order. the options changed daily, which i liked. this meant i had a good variety of food each morning .

the suite room was comfortable, and it featured good beds and living space. the bathroom had a large shower, and everything worked well. these amenities made the room quite functional for my needs.

The hotel is close to the central city, near the mosque, mubarakiya souq, and al-shaheed park. it also has easy access to other parts of town, and that's very useful. there's a large supermarket across the street. It is very convenient.

the staff helped me quickly and gracefully with any needs i had. they even followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory! hussein at reception was very helpful in arranging a late checkout. i appreciated this attention to detail.

the location makes getting around town easy i felt fortunate meeting the owner and he listened carefully to my feedback this personal touch made it feel like they really cared about my stay i felt very comfortable there and they took great care of me.
cleanliness seems to be a problem in the room hair was there in the sealed brush when i found the issue they didn't resolve it properly i had to push them to give me a late check out.

breakfast had a great variety of dishes i saw both european and local options they made very good coffee there which i appreciate it made for a good start to each day.

the lobby is located on the 17th floor it gave some excellent views of the skyline i easily got taxis right in front of the building the location is near the grand mosque too.

the beautiful room was very nice and the corner beautiful room was also very comfortable they provided complimentary water tea and coffee in the room which i enjoyed everything looked modern and felt very quiet.

the hotel's near many places of interest it includes shopping centers and skyscrapers i liked seeing the liberation tower nearby the location allowed me explore the city without difficulty it suited my needs well.
