excellent hotel stay

i found the room size adequate. staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.
the minibar was not restocked daily and i had to call to get water and soft drinks replenished.

the hotel has a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes the facility includes a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation and recovery after workouts or travel which i found useful after a long journey.

my room included two separate sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower. the television had many international channels available for viewing. the room safe worked without issues allowing secure storage for valuables.

faulty equipmentinsufficient soundproofing
The fitness center equipment needs updating. Several machines were out of service. the soundproofing between rooms is not sufficient. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room. The noise DISRUPTED my sleep, and I found this quite bothersome. There was also a noticeable delay in receiving requested toiletries. It took multiple calls. The wait was unacceptable, considering the hotel's standard.
