Solid Stay, Few Quirks
helpful staff nice shampoo convenient location secure parking
The staff were very helpful when I needed assistance. The provided shampoo and soap were a nice touch. I found the location convenient to the ferry terminal and shops. There was easy access to onsite parking and security.
I thought the traffic noise from my room facing the street was pretty distracting.

I could walk to the harbor area. I was also near some shopping options from this hotel. The proximity to bus stops made traveling around easy. I did not use taxis .

I had a studio with cooking facilities. This was great. they also had a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and weights room. the staff were helpful and friendly . the hotel's location near the city made it easy to access food and essential items.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived. The toilet was dirty.

excellent city stay
convenient location balcony view clean pool
i found the location very convenient, a short walk to the viaduct area. the room was comfortable, and the sky tower view from the balcony was amazing (it was really cool at night). i was happy to discover the pool was quite long and clean, perfect for a relaxing swim.
the wifi signal in my room was occasionally weak, especially during the first couple of days, and it affected my ability to work.

Breakfast included muesli, milk, juice, bread, jam, marmite and butter. the hotel had a chinese restaurant near the reception, proving convenient when i felt too tired to leave the hotel.

the reception staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. the front desk also booked an airport shuttle that was prompt and reasonably priced at $20. luggage storage was available both before check-in and after check-out, a really helpful service.

the hotel provides on-site underground parking, a definite plus. the gym featured various equipment. an indoor pool, sauna and gym are available for guest use, contributing to a relaxed stay.

old shower loud air conditioning
the bathroom definitely showed its age the shower head sprayed water everywhere except where it should. the towels felt thin and worn it reminded me of i was using sandpaper after a swim. i also noticed the air conditioning was quite loud it made sleeping a bit difficult even with earplugs. the noise seemed excessive for a modern unit and disrupted the otherwise quiet atmosphere of the room.
