The hotel location suited my needs well. The staff assisted me promptly when i needed something. The breakfast offered plentiful options.
The housekeeping standards seemed inconsistent . I found the elevators a bit aged, needing some repairs. The room lacked proper wardrobe space.

wonderful visit
amazing architecture excellent room
The hotel's architecture was just amazing, i especially loved the front desk staff, they were very good to me. i also found secure car parking right next door, it was convenient and well priced which was great. the room itself was excellent, it had everything i needed.

the commerce heritage queen room featured comfortable beds and a well maintained bathroom, so i was really satisfied. room service provided fresh towels daily and restocked toiletries. the room included a minibar with various beverages.

Breakfast was a buffet. It had a variety of options. i enjoyed the fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and cereals. a toasting machine was available for the bread and a coffee machine provided hot coffee.

The heritage room hosted an excellent wedding on 2025-08-23. The room also included a decent iron and ironing board.
The hotel seemed to have lost some of its grandeur.

great location clean room helpful staff
The location was indeed awesome. It was next to the train station but i could not hear any noise. It was across from southbank. The room was super clean, i found that the staff were great. The hotel itself looked beautiful inside.
I found insufficient and undersized pillows on the bed. There were no spares available.

easy walk room size lovely architecture nonfunctional air-conditioning cramped shower missing milk
The location allowed easy walks to many areas. The room had a great size. The architecture throughout the hotel was lovely. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The air-conditioning did not function. I was quite hot . The over-bath shower felt cramped and hard to use. The coffee machine in the breakfast area lacked milk.
