The hotel room was spacious and allowed for easy movement with four adults. Having grab rails in the bathroom for toilet and shower was a thoughtful touch. The room was larger than expected, especially the bathroom, which accommodated our two show dogs in their vari kennels, making our stay truly remarkable.

The hotel rooms were tired but adequate, clean, and dog-friendly, although a bit dark during the daytime. Overall, it was quiet being at the back and ground floor. The service was very accommodating, beautiful, and excellent, particularly appreciated for its helpfulness and proximity to the airport. The location offered a comfortable stay, quieter than motels on the main road, with easy access to various restaurants and Riverside Plaza shopping centre. The dining experience was huge, tasty, and timely, truly recommended for value and comfort. However, the facilities required turning around almost behind you to access and were basic yet comfortable.
