the staff were very helpful and friendly. the decor is amazing and everywhere is very clean. i really appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. i felt very welcome during my entire stay.

the room was very warm. the air con is controlled by reception and it seemed to be on a timer. it did not stay on for long, so it was a little difficult to sleep during the night.

the location was good. it was easy to reach many attractions.

The room was too warm and i could not control the temperature. the shower water also wasn't hot enough. It was lukewarm at best. i asked reception to adjust it a few times, but nothing changed . it.

The room temperature was hard to regulate. It was excessively hot. I couldn't seem to control it. Even after multiple requests to reception, the issue never resolved. Street noise on New Year's Eve was bad because I had to open the window.
