underwhelming stay
lack of amenities subpar cleanliness
the room was quite spacious, which i appreciated.
I was surprised by the lack of basic amenities. no one offered help with luggage and the reception felt impersonal. the cleanliness was subpar. The hairdryer had remnants from a previous guest.
