kind staffcomfortable bedrude housekeeping
the staff were very kind and helpful. the bed was very comfortable. the room was cleaned every day.
our room faced the wall and it was noisy if i opened the window. housekeeping was a little rude. i asked them to come back later to clean but they insisted. they said they needed to leave soon so i needed to hurry up and leave the room so they could clean.

I was impressed with the high level of service. The front desk team always provided assistance with a smile. I especially want to thank Yousef. He were great when I lost my phone in an Uber. I appreciated his help in locating my phone.
The sound isolation was not perfect, so noises from adjacent rooms were audible.

The Beautiful King Room included a very comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Housekeeping came regularly. They kept everything clean and orderly. The shower included shampoo and soap. They seemed high quality.

The hotel maintains everything very well. It is always clean. There is a pharmacy nearby. It is useful for any needs. I saw a supermarket and an ATM machine close to the hotel. They are useful additions.

Breakfast each morning consisted of a delicious and varied buffet. A kind, older gentleman always greeted me with care. The breakfast provided a great way to start a busy day. I saw many food options nearby.

The staff was professional and very friendly always. They maintained high service standards. Murat, Burak, and Pelin took care of my needs. Their welcome attitude made a real difference. They are attentive to guest requirements.
