Acceptable Stay. Improvements Needed
poor air conditioningmissing amenities
The air conditioning did not function adequately in the room. I found it too cold and this impacted my sleep for several nights. The room controls seemed complex. Basic amenities were lacking such as a waste bin in the bathroom. No informational material was available in the room. This included essential details such as contact numbers and the Wi-Fi password. I found this inconvenient. I expected more attention to detail.

A Satisfactory Stay

The heated outdoor pool offer views of the Golden Horn. The Christmas market near the hotel had charm. It had much to see and I enjoy it.
During my visit the airco didn't work good. The room was very cold, and I sleep bad for three nights because the problem could not solved efficient.
