i stayed in a beautiful room for five nights. the breakfast buffet had a very wide selection. the staff were also quite helpful.
the housekeeping knocked and opened the door too quickly. dirty towels were left in my room at one point. also, the glasses in the room weren't always changed daily.

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful arranging our tour. They guided us to the nearby metro station. This made it easy to reach the city center. Breakfast offered a wide range of cuisines. EVERYTHING was fresh and high quality.
Housekeeping opened the door without waiting after knocking. They put dirty towels in the room. Glasses in the room were not changed. Cleaning was subpar.
