Excellent Stay Near the Holy Mosque!

I found the location convenient. The Masjid was only a short walk away! The room I was given was super clean, with modern amenities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their readiness to assist with any requests.

the hotel was very clean with friendly staff. it was very close to the prophet's mosque.
The room i stayed in was very noisy. the rooms did not have good soundproofing, and it was especially bothersome at night.

The hotel is very close to the haram. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff proved to be very good and always very helpful. I found the hotel's location particularly convenient for accessing key sites.
The tv had limited channel options. It only had turkish channels.

The elevators were quite fast. the staff was friendly. i appreciated the proximity to the mosque. It was hardly a five-minute walk.
the room was quite small. the tv offered only turkish channels and the local religious channel. i found it disappointing that there were not even all saudi channels available.

the hotel had luggage storage. i needed to leave my bags after checkout and picked them up later. tea and coffee were available in the restaurant area anytime. i appreciated that there were no bad smells in the hallways.
The water pressure was low. It was a problem. i had to ask for more water and tissues every day. it took a long time for room service to arrive when i called.
