I had a delightful stay at Sheraton with freshly prepared Chef's special cake, which was an absolute customer delight. The service was outstanding with very helpful and friendly staff, especially Sayan and Disha at the reception. The location, outside the city area, provided a peaceful retreat away from the city noise, ideal for special events like meetings, parties, and honeymoon getaways. The dining experience was pleasing with a good spread of delicious dishes.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were decent for a relaxing sleep, but I faced an inconvenience of changing floors at 4 am. The spaciousness of the rooms compensated for the unexpected room change. The staff was exceptionally polite, always ready to help, and created a pleasant ambience. The location was ideal for specific events like meetings, parties, and honeymoons, but quite inconvenient for those needing city access or facing taxi refusal. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the personal touch of the Chef inquiring about our satisfaction. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
