efficient checkout friendly staff small fruit selection no croissants
The location is really good. The checkout process was efficient. Breakfast offered a nice selection. The staff was very friendly. They were eager to assist me.
That was disappointing. I observed a small selection of fruit and limited yoghurt. I was a little surprised by the absence of croissants.

really good service friendly attitude nice experience missing minibar limited snacks small water supply
jamie was amazing. their attention to detail. i really was like i was being cared for with a friendly attitude.
the minibar lacked alcoholic drinks. it also lacked savory snacks. there was only one small can of still water provided per day for two people.

solid refined stay
attentive service comfortable bed excellent location
the breakfast was great it featured many options i especially liked the attentive service from the staff at breakfast. my room had a comfortable bed and the shower was large with good water pressure. the location was excellent very convenient for local attractions.

the hotel offers a modern gym it features three treadmills two stationary bikes and a selection of free weights the pool area includes twenty loungers and also provides a shaded section.

underwhelming stay
faulty remote strange bathroom smell
i found the in-room amenities lacking it was a superior double room i stayed in. the tv remote did not work. i had to call maintenance to fix it it took a while. also the bathroom had a strange smell. i reported this to the front desk but nothing was done about it

mixed feelings about the stay
faulty tv overpriced spa
the location was good, and the room looked beautiful initially.
the tv in my room didn't work properly. the chrome cast would not connect despite following instructions and live tv displayed a blank screen. the shower looked nice but wasn't powerful. the spa is nice but overpriced, and the changing facilities were small with limited lockers.
