the staff was unbelievably helpful. They arranged transportation and remembered small details. the room included thoughtful touches, like scrumptious cookies and fudge. i also felt safe, as the bathroom had non-skid floors and grab bars. breakfast was also very nice!!!
it was quite loud upon arrival, honestly spoiling the surprise my partner had planned. i wish i had known about it beforehand!

The location is EXCELLENT. It is right in the middle of where I wanted to be.
I had some issues with extras I ordered. The hotel offered a birthday cake for my friend. The cake NEVER came. Flowers also arrived without the complementary note, so my friend did not know who sent them.

The staff demonstrated really good friendliness. Every interaction felt personal! all special requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Our room was consistently clean, and the bed and pillows ensured restful sleep. breakfast offered an extensive menu with delicious options. The pub and its menu provided many selections for relaxed evenings.
The lack of a mini-fridge in the room was inconvenient.

the location was very convenient for accessing attractions. the staff always greeted me warmly each day and offered helpful suggestions. i found excellent food and beverage options at the bar and restaurant (the service was also excellent).
the hotel was undergoing exterior repairs . this resulted in a lack of view from my room, disappointing and should have been communicated before arrival.
