The hotel rooms offer more space and comfort than a traditional hotel, which is great for long business trips. However, cleanliness was an issue, and when requesting a refund due to filthiness, we were denied with the excuse of having slept in the beds. The room given as a replacement was torn up and had a terrible smell.
