The hotel offers nice, spacious, clean rooms for the price paid, although the lamps can be a bit dim. The service had a mixed experience with some staff showing a 'Who cares' attitude and cursing when the computers were down, but it improved after speaking to a manager. The location is convenient to O'Hare airport but currently undergoing renovations. The dining options were above average initially, but turned disappointing with changes to the breakfast menu. The facilities were satisfactory.
Upon checking in, I found the hotel to be conveniently close to the elevator, but unfortunately, it broke down shortly after my arrival. The room only had one table light, making it quite dark inside, and I encountered a rodent problem while walking barefoot. However, the staff were accommodating in providing a bit of breakfast for our early shuttle to O'hare.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient with easy parking, but the room was near the elevator, which unfortunately broke down shortly after my check-in. The cleanliness of the rooms was a standout positive, however, the dining options were lacking in variety at breakfast.
