Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a great view and were nice and clean, which was a definite highlight. However, there was an issue with only having one bed on a top floor, which was not ideal. The service was wonderful, with very friendly and attentive staff, especially the valet parking team. The location was amazing, perfect for our trip's purpose, right downtown near the Capitol building and close to the River Trail. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a limited breakfast selection but great coffee and breakfast sandwiches available. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly, but there were some drawbacks that affected the overall stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and inviting, were very dated and not what I expected from a business-focused hotel in the downtown area. I had to pay for a separate room elsewhere due to noise disturbances at odd hours, which was inconvenient. However, the hotel service was helpful, although there were some lapses in customer service. The location was nice, conveniently close to downtown and local attractions, but the pricing seemed expensive for the overall condition of the hotel. The dining experience, while offering quality food without wait times, was a bit pricey for larger families. Overall, the value for money was questionable.
