I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the smell of smoke from other rooms was a bit bothersome. The staff provided great service, particularly one person who embodied true southern hospitality. The location was convenient with proximity to shops and restaurants, yet the lack of protection from surrounding noise was a downside. The dining experience was decent, with good food but some disturbance from children. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very nice, and the excellent customer service provided by Delilah at the front desk made a great impression on me. However, due to an issue with the HVAC unit, I had to be moved to a double room that was not as accessible as I would have liked. Nonetheless, the room was very comfortable and overall, I had a pleasant experience.
