Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were quite dirty and in poor repair, making the stay uncomfortable. Despite the outdated and cold conditions, the service was overall friendly and helpful, especially towards Canadian guests. The location, while not necessarily within walking distance of downtown, offered a great view of open mountains and was relatively close to the historic district of Williams. Unfortunately, the slow to impossible internet speed was a major downside. Dining options seemed lacking, and the facilities were subpar.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice and had all the amenities I needed, but some stains on the walls and an old bathroom were a bit off-putting. The service was lacking a bit of friendliness and customer service training, with one staff member being rude when I raised a complaint. The location was decent, not too far from town but away from the noisy downtown area. The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options and a disappointing response when I inquired about fruit. Overall, the facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
The hotel had a central location in charming Williams with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants close by. The rooms were old and dirty, smelling of cigarette smoke, and not as clean as expected. The service was nice and helpful, with the staff renovating the place and making the reservation without requiring a credit card. The dining provided coffee, tea, and mini donuts. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the location and service.
