The hotel had a great location right across the street from the beach, making it very convenient for beach lovers like me. The rooms were a bit disappointing as they were dirty and had a strange smell, not meeting the usual Hilton standards. The service, though, was friendly and quick to address any concerns I had.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and more spacious than expected but had a lingering smell of cigar. However, the noise from a nearby machinery made it hard to sleep in room 325, so avoid that particular room. The service was below average overall, though there were friendly and clean interactions. The location was convenient for visiting attractions like LEGO LAND and premium outlets but lacked organization. The dining was a big disappointment with long wait times, although the food quality was satisfying. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The pool was heated, providing a nice touch.
