The hotel offers attractively appointed and clean rooms with very large TVs and a rooftop view that is extremely nice. The customer service was a mixed bag, ranging from extremely helpful to out of this world rude. The location is great for exploring downtown but lacks liveliness. The dining experience was mixed, with some aspects being alright but others poorly organized. The facilities are decent overall.
I couldn't have asked for a better location, but there were some delays with the room readiness. The room was spacious but fell short of what I expected for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, close to the LA Convention Center, downtown, and various attractions, which was amazing.
