My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was convenient with a quick walk to Syracuse University, being the only positive element, but unfortunately, I experienced a small, dirty, and uncomfortable room. The service was unorganized, although the staff were friendly and helpful at times. The dining experience was fine, with great staff, but just adequate food. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, making it a somewhat average stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were comfortable, they only had one chair and the bathroom lacked space for toiletries. It was great staying close to Syracuse University for the New Year's Eve Syracuse basketball game, but being located in the main part of the hotel wasn't ideal. The service, however, was exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff who promptly changed my room to a peaceful location on the second floor.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms appeared very clean, unfortunately, the room we booked was not up to our standards. We had no choice but to stay due to the busy Valentine's Day weekend with no other suites available. The service, however, was overall friendly and apologetic, which made our stay more pleasant.
