The hotel was conveniently located in a bustling area with plenty of shopping and dining options right outside the door. The rooms, despite some cleanliness issues, were spacious and decently sized. The service was a mix of kindness and rudeness, with some compensation offered for shortcomings. The dining options varied in taste quality, but there were plenty of choices. The location scored high for its proximity to various cities and a thriving business center, although noise was a downside.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The check-in was very welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring great restaurants nearby. However, the rooms were outdated and in need of a major upgrade.
