adequate stay. some areas need attention

non-operational spa cold room
the spa was not fully operational. this was disappointing since i specifically booked this hotel for its spa facilities. breakfast took place in an enormous, cold room. there were virtually no staff present.

clean room renovated bathroom central location walking distance
the rooms was clean and big. the bathroom was recently renovated, i liked it better than the pictures. the hotel is near the city center, i could walk to all attractions. i found this very useful.
the accommodation seemed outdated and in need of refreshing, but it was still acceptable.

breakfast had good choices available. the view from the terrace is very nice especially during the light show at the fortress. i found it quite enjoyable and worth it.

central position comfortable bed helpful staff
the hotel's central position made exploring easy. i found the beds super comfortable and i slept soundly. the hotel staff were helpful, especially with parking, because they even reserved a charging spot for my ev.
the spa center felt a bit small and some areas needed maintenance.
