The location was central. a wide variety of stores is nearby. the staff helped me a lot. I am so thankful. my room had a balcony overlooking the main street, and i really enjoyed that.
the hotel's furniture looked outdated. its appearance did not quite live up to five stars. the bed linens also left much to be desired, and they looked inexpensive.

the hotel showed signs of needed maintenance i noticed worn furniture. the bathroom had minor issues like a loose faucet. the toilet paper felt thin.

the fridge in the room, it was not working. it was warm. there wasnt any scrapbook. there wasnt pencil. i couldnt adjust AC. it was set to one temperature.
