I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were just perfect, with spaciousness and well-maintained gardens that I loved. Access to the Executive Lounge on the 8th floor was a great bonus. However, the service had some ups and downs, with polite and kind staff but lacking in customer service. The location was fantastic for families, but a bit noisy due to a nearby beach night club. The dining experience was impressive, although I missed out on breakfast. The facilities were top-notch overall.
The hotel offers large and spacious rooms with good views, but we experienced some noise issues with loud banging doors at 3.30 am and a delay in room readiness upon our arrival.
