Staying at Hell's Kitchen was a luxurious experience with wonderful breakfast. The rooms were good size and offered luxurious amenities, very clean and comfortable, but there was a nightclub beneath it which could be noisy at times.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the valet service was rapid and friendly, providing a smooth start to my stay. The beautiful view from the room was truly breathtaking. However, the room's small size for the price and the lack of support from the pillows were a bit disappointing.
The hotel is perfect for a staycation, being very close to a mall and offering great leisure facilities. The rooms are well-equipped and comfy, but they are really small. The service needs improvement, especially with unexpected room entries and attempted extra charges. The location is excellent for exploring at night but can feel slightly isolated. The dining experience is fantastic, although with limited options. The facilities are modern and offer American-inspired dishes.
I had the most incredible stay at the hotel! The rooms were beyond my expectations; beautifully designed with a split room/bathroom layout that was so tastefully done. I can't remember the last time I had such a comfortable and restful night's sleep; the bed felt like it was made in heaven. Staying in the Julius tower was a great choice as it was conveniently located near breakfast, the gym, and the pool/beach areas. The only downside was the uncomfortable pillows that lacked support.
The stay at the hotel was outstanding. From the exceptionally comfortable bed to the breathtaking view from the Julius Tower, it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is designed so smartly, offering generous amenities and a fantastic staff. However, some minor issues like challenging air conditioning settings and uncomfortable pillows took away from the overall experience.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with well-equipped rooms that provided a heavenly night's sleep. The Julius Tower was a perfect choice, close to breakfast, gym, and pool/beach. Some minor inconveniences like tricky A/C and uncomfortable pillows did not overshadow the fantastic stay.
